Process Rollout, Adoption & Continuous Delivery Support
- You own a clearly defined part of the commercial B2B SaaS lifecycle (e.g. Lead to Demo or Order to Renewal).
- You create detailed process maps, workflows, and scalable to-be designs.
- You identify inefficiencies using KPIs and data insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Solution Development & Technical Feasibility Alignment
- You act as a solution co-designer, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
- You collaborate closely with our Business Application Owners (HubSpot, SugarCRM and supporting tools such as eSignature or conversation intelligence).
- You write structured business requirements, PRDs, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Process Rollout, Adoption & Continuous Delivery Support
- You partner with Sales Enablement to document and communicate process changes.
- You support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-release stabilization.
