Join one of our cross-functional product teams as the dedicated QA Engineer. You will own quality end-to-end across the SDLC shaping requirements with PMs and engineers, doing high-quality manual testing where it matters, and building automation that gives the team fast, reliable feedback.
Working setup: Berlin or Hamburg, hybrid (50% in office). You will be the dedicated QA on your team, reporting to the Head of QA, and part of a wider org of ~10 QA engineers across cross-functional teams.

- You are responsible for ensuring the quality of one of our cross-functional product teams as the dedicated QA Engineer.
- As a QA Engineer you actively support the team across the whole development cycle, which includes requirement reviews, test planning, manual and automated testing, bug reporting, release management and much more.
- With your technical expertise you focus on building and growing your team's test automation across UI and API layers — clean architecture, CI/CD integration, and long-term maintenance — and drive automation of as much manual regression as reasonable.
- You shape and improve the QA process together with your cross-functional team and contribute to cross-team QA standards.

Profile
- You have 5+ years of professional experience in the field of Quality Assurance.
- You have an eye for detail and love to find that "last small, hidden bug" using different manual testing techniques.
- You have excellent test automation skills (UI and API) and ideally designed and maintained automation frameworks.
- Keywords like Cypress, Postman, TestNG, REST APIs, SQL, CI/CD, Qase, Jira and Confluence are familiar to you.
- You have a good understanding of Agile software development, including Scrum and Kanban.
- You are comfortable using AI tools in your daily QA work (eg. Cursor, ChatGPT, Atlassian Rovo, Qase AIDEN) or at least curious to learn how to bring them into your workflow.
- You are an open-minded, proactive person who loves to communicate with different audiences and takes ownership of quality together with the team.
- It is a plus, Wif you have hands-on experience with mobile testing (Flutter, iOS, Android, Firebase App Distribution, Appium) or with CRM platforms (SugarCRM, HubSpot, Salesforce).
