Senior Product Manager (m/f/x) – Marketplace Connections (B2B)

Intro

You will join our Connection group, where the core value of our marketplace is created: turning buyer intent into meaningful business conversations with the right suppliers.

As part of one of Europe’s largest B2B marketplaces — with hundreds of thousands of supplier profiles and thousands of monthly buyer interactions — you’ll own how buyers and suppliers meet, interact, and build relationships on our platform. You’ll work across the full connection journey — from request creation to messaging and ongoing collaboration — with a strong focus on improving matching quality, conversation depth, and retention.

This is a high-impact role in a fast-moving environment, where you’ll take ownership of meaningful product problems from day one and use AI to make interactions more relevant, efficient, and valuable.

Tasks

What you’ll own

The end-to-end connection experience: request creation, buyer logged-in experience, request management, messaging, and the supplier Request Hub
Core marketplace outcomes such as matching quality, conversation quality, and repeat engagement
Increasing the share of meaningful, multi-message conversations between buyers and suppliers on platform

What you’ll do

Own end-to-end execution of product initiatives that improve how buyers and suppliers connect and interact
Identify and implement AI-powered solutions to enhance matching, communication, and user experience
Use data and user insights to improve key metrics such as conversation depth and matching quality
Define success metrics, analyze performance, and iterate based on insights
Work closely with engineering and design to deliver scalable, high-quality product improvements
Collaborate with Buyer and Supplier teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end marketplace experience
Contribute to product discovery and solution shaping in close collaboration with the Lead PM

Profile

3+ years of experience in product management with strong ownership of product initiatives
High energy, ambition, and a strong drive to learn and grow
Strong execution skills and the ability to move quickly from problem to solution
Strong data literacy — comfortable defining metrics, analyzing performance, and making data-informed decisions
Logical, structured, and process-oriented thinker
Hands-on usage of AI tools in daily work and a strong interest in applying AI to real product problems Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design
Comfortable operating autonomously within a collaborative product setup

Nice to have

Experience in B2B, marketplaces, or platform products
SQL proficiency
