Intro
We are transforming from a search directory into a high-frequency B2B marketplace. While our SEO engines and paid channels drive traffic, you are the engine that keeps users here.
We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who refuses to stay in the email marketing box. This is a hybrid role combining CRM strategy with product management. You will not only orchestrate how we communicate with users (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp), but also shape what they experience on the platform (personalization, CRO).
Your goal is simple but ambitious: turn the visitor into a power user.
Tasks
1. Lifecycle Automation & Retention (The Marketing Layer)- Architect the Wake-Up Flows: Build automated triggers to reactivate dormant sellers and buyers based on behavioral data (e.g., a buyer just searched for your category—quote them now)
- Own the Daily Habit: Move users from monthly visits to daily engagement by managing high-value push notifications (price alerts, order updates, supply chain shocks)
- B2B Segmentation: Leverage our Data Factory to create distinct user journeys
- Channel Orchestration: Manage the ecosystem of email, SMS, in-app notifications, and WhatsApp to ensure we nurture users without fatiguing them
2. Buyer Experience & Optimization (The Product Layer)- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Own the visitor-to-RFQ funnel. You will A/B test RFQ forms, Contact Supplier buttons, and landing page layouts to maximize lead generation
- Personalization Logic: Work with Engineering to ensure an automotive buyer sees different content and filters than a textile buyer
- Self-Service Feature Adoption: Drive the usage of retention-focused product features such as Favorites, RFQ Lists, and Comparison Tables
3. Data & Insight Loop
- Collaborate with the Data & Intelligence Team to diagnose why users drop off and identify segments ripe for monetization
- Feed Voice of Customer insights back to the Content Factory to ensure we are ingesting the data attributes buyers actually filter by
The Scorecard (Success Metrics)You will not be measured by open rates. You will be measured by growth and stickiness:
- DAU/MAU Ratio: The core health metric of our platform
- Retention Rate: Specifically Month 1 and Month 3 retention for new cohorts
- Visitor-to-RFQ Conversion: The efficiency of the on-page experience
- Seller Reactivation Rate: The success of your Wake-Up campaigns
