Profile
- You hold a university degree or completed vocational training with a strong affinity for B2B and digital business models
- You have several years of experience in B2B sales
- You have at least 2 years of leadership experience and have ideally already managed a sales team
- You bring hands-on closing experience in new customer acquisition
- You are familiar with outbound sales processes and thrive in a performance-driven environment
- You think in KPIs (e.g., funnel, conversion, seller efficiency) and manage accordingly
- You are confident working with CRM systems as well as pipeline and forecast management
- You are able to adapt and further develop existing systems and processes
- You communicate confidently in German and English; French is a strong plus
Nice-to-have:
- SaaS or subscription sales experience
- Experience in Telco, Payment, or SMB tech environments
- International sales exposure
