Du übernimmst die disziplinarische sowie fachliche Führung unseres QA-Departments und arbeitest als Mentor an der Förderung und Weiterentwicklung sowie Motivation der Mitarbeiter
Du bist zuständig für die Aufrechterhaltung sowie permanente, innovative Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätssicherung und hast dabei neue Trends immer im Blick. Dabei achtest Du stets auf die Verbesserung und Vereinheitlichung von internen als auch departementübergreifenden Qualitätssicherungsprozessen, indem du branchenübliche Best Practises und Tools, sowie Technologien anwendest.
Du stellst mit deinem Team stets die Produktqualität entlang des gesamten SDLC sicher. Dabei bist Du zuständig für die Planung, Koordination, Umsetzung als auch Überwachung des gesamten Qualitätssicherungsprozesses
Du fungierst als erster Ansprechpartner bei der Planung teamübergreifender Projekte und leitest/erstellst entsprechende Teststrategien/-pläne gemeinsam mit Produkt und Tech, um das Projekt zum Erfolg zu führen.
Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört die Definition und Überwachung der Qualitätsziele sowie die Ermittlung von Kennzahlen zur Bewertung der Leistung des QA Departments als auch der Qualität des Produktes
Mit Deiner datenorientierten Denkweise misst Du die aktuelle Qualität der funktionsübergreifenden Teamfunktionen, indem Du Daten analysierst und mit unserem Datenteam zusammenarbeitest.

Profile
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder Naturwissenschaften sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Quality Management (mind. 5-7 Jahre).
Du hast mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit verschiedenen Teams ( mindestens 3 Jahre) mit der Fähigkeit Mitarbeiter zu motivieren und mit ihnen Hands-On zu arbeiten und voranzubringen.
Du hast selber praktische Erfahrung im manuellen und automatisierten Testen (functional und non-functional) und kennst diverse Tools und Prozesse, die Dich dabei unterstützen.
Mit Deinem umfassenden Wissen in Methoden der Qualitätssicherung als auch Deiner proaktiven, strukturierten Art, machst Du Schwachstellen transparent und bist Impulsgeber für Weiterentwicklungen in der Qualitätssicherung
Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge in Softwarelösungen eigenständig zu verstehen und kannst darauf basierend die Planung, Umsetzung, Durchführung als auch Steuerung von QA-Projekten übernehmen.
Du zeichnest Dich durch deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke aus und besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

You take on the disciplinary and technical leadership of our QA department and act as a mentor to foster, develop, and motivate employees.
You are responsible for maintaining and continuously improving quality assurance while keeping an eye on new trends. To achieve this, you standardize and enhance both internal and cross-departmental quality assurance processes by applying industry-standard best practices, tools, and technologies.
Together with your team, you ensure product quality throughout the entire SDLC. You are responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring the entire quality assurance process.
You act as the primary contact for planning cross-team projects and establish and lead corresponding test strategies and plans in collaboration with Product and Tech to ensure project success.
Your responsibilities include defining and monitoring quality objectives as well as determining key performance indicators to evaluate both the QA department’s performance and product quality.
With your data-driven mindset, you assess the current quality of cross-functional team features by analyzing data and collaborating with our data team.

Profile
You have a degree in computer science or a natural science, as well as several years of professional experience in quality management (at least 5–7 years).
You have several years of leadership experience with different teams (at least 3 years) and the ability to motivate employees while working hands-on with them to drive progress.
You have practical experience in both manual and automated testing (functional and non-functional) and are familiar with various tools and processes that support you in this.
With your comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance methods and your proactive, structured approach, you identify weaknesses transparently and act as a driving force for further development in quality assurance.
You stand out for your ability to independently understand complex relationships in software solutions and can take on the planning, implementation, execution, and management of QA projects based on that understanding.
You have strong communication skills and assertiveness and possess excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
An analytical, critical, and process-oriented mindset, combined with goal orientation and strong time management skills, sets you apart.
You are familiar with agile and hybrid working methods.
