Job Offer Information:

We are looking for passionate professionals to manage a team dedicated to the european market. The main objective will be to ensure your team's achievement of monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring steady growth and contributing to the overall success of the company.

We are developing the Romanian, Greek, Georgian and Czech markets alongside other markets accross Europe.  The team will also count 2 sales managers coach to support the Team-lead in his management.
Tasks
After comprehensive training, you will be responsible for managing, developing the skills and achieving the objectives of your team (team of up to 12 salespeople)

 You will be responsible for:
  •  Leading and coordinating your team and ensure that reach their sales objectives
  • Providing sales training to the members of your team 
  • Ensure good relationships between the different departments (Customer acquisition, Customer care, etc.)
  • Manage recruitment and onboard new salesreps. 
  • Ensure reporting of your team activity

Remuneration
  • Fixed between 42 and 45K€ gross annually (depending on experience)
  • Variable salary: €33K at 100% target achieved
  • Uncapped variable and outperformance bonus

Expected skills
  • 5 years of successful commercial experience in B2B
    Minimum 2 years of experience in team management
  • You speak englishand french fluently, another european language is a plus
  • You are organized and versatile and demonstrate a real ability to adapt
  • You are proactive and know how to prioritize and solve problems
  • You have experience/knowledge in digital
