Intro
As part of the Lead Management Team, your primary responsibility is to be in charge of acquire the incremental leads and raise the quality of the existing leads. The main tasks are but not limited to cover, data crawling, data enrichment, leads scoring. Furthermore, the goal of your job is also to funnel marketing-qualified leads into direct and indirect sales pipelines with the coordination of lead nurturing, monitoring the performance of diverse lead sources. As a qualified candidate, you should also be communicative and have strong interpersonal skill since in this role you occupy a pivotal position in collaborating with product, tech, data team, while supporting our dynamic sales force, contributing to the sustained overall growth of the company.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, Engineering or related fields.
- Had working experience of at least 6–8 years and kept having good performance record in the field of data crawling, data enrichment, and leads scoring.
- Good knowledge of SQL, Python, and Knime is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent analytical skills, and good communication as well as an outgoing personality for stakeholder Management.
- Experience in data management, preferably an understanding of sales and marketing in a B2B context. Understanding the subtleties of sales funnels and lead-generation processes will enable you to contribute effectively to our team.
- Familiarity with process automation tools and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and SugarCRM, is advantageous. Experience in streamlining workflows and utilizing CRM systems will help to optimize operational work efficiently.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
