Minimum qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in search engine advertising (SEA) with a proven track record
• Extensive experience managing Google Ads accounts towards ROI goals
• Strong expertise in the European market (esp. France, Italy, Spain, DACH)
• Strong data analytic skills: able to work and summarize optimization strategies through data
• Very good knowledge of conversion tracking systems, Google Ads bidding strategies, and Quality Score variables
• Self-driven: can work autonomously and have a solution-oriented mindset
• Passion for search marketing, automation, and all things digital
• Fluent in English
• Based in Berlin or Hamburg or willing to relocate

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Degree in a marketing-related field
• Performance-driven, strategic thinker with excellent project management skills
• Experience in E-commerce, B2B, Online Retail, Online Marketplace, Retail, Classified Marketplace, SaaS, Tech Start Up, Media Agency, Fintech, Adtech, FMCG
• Good level of German or any other European language is a plus
