Tasks
After comprehensive training, you will be responsible for managing, retaining and developing a portfolio of existing customers.

You will be responsible for : 
  • Carring-out follow-up & support appointments and ensuring contract renewal.
  • Rapidly taking charge of new customers and develop a commercial relationship based on trust.
  • Developing the customer portfolio: Offering additional solutions to boost their digital performance.
  • Processing terminations and defend the solution via our performance tools
  • Ensuring reporting of your activity via our tools

Profile
Expected skills:
  • 3 years of successful commercial experience in B2B 
    (Experience in portfolio management is a plus)
  • You speak Dutch fluently (mother tongue if possible)
  • You speak/understand French, and English is a plus (so as to exchange with the team), 
  • Customer satisfaction is at the center of your concerns
  • You have a hunter's spirit and do not miss any upsell opportunity
  • You have experience/knowledge in digital
