Please note that the internal title for this role is "Senior Lead Management Manager - Focus DACH".
As part of the Lead Management Team your primary focus is to develop and deliver an effective lead management and generation program for Visable. The focus is driving marketing qualified leads into direct and indirect sales pipelines. This includes the setup of automatic Lead Management flows as well as the acquisition of leads from external suppliers, and the coordination of lead nurturing. The Growth & Lead Management Expert – DACH Region (m/f/x) is in a key position to support the dynamic sales force, contributing to the sustained overall growth of the company.
Tasks
  • Lead Management & Strategy: Create and maintain lead estimation planning (2024-2026); develop roadmaps and action plans for lead generation.
  • KPI Development & Monitoring: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and achieve KPIs; regularly review and adjust lead management plans based on market trends and sales performance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders in the DACH region; gather sales-related requirements; provide weekly and monthly lead performance analyses; optimize sales metrics.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze data from various sources; create and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; provide recommendations to enhance lead generation efficiency.
  • Campaign Management: Efficiently manage and optimize Paid Leads campaigns; adjust lead qualification criteria; collaborate with acquisition teams to improve lead distribution.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Supervise a student team for Paid Leads qualification; establish KPIs and provide training and support; manage a full-time team member, including performance evaluation and feedback.

Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent communication as well as an outgoing personality for the stakeholder Management
  • Familiarity with process automation tools and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and SugarCRM, is advantageous. Experience in streamlining workflows and utilizing CRM systems will help to optimize operational work efficiently.
  • Experience in data management, preferably an understanding of sales and marketing in a B2B context. Understanding the subtleties of sales funnels and lead-generation processes will enable you to contribute effectively to our team.
  • Fluent in both English and German (written and verbal)

Als Teil des Lead Management Teams liegt Dein Hauptaugenmerk auf der Entwicklung und Bereitstellung eines effektiven Lead Management- und Generierungsprogramms für Visable. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Überführung von marketingqualifizierten Leads in direkte und indirekte Vertriebs-Pipelines. Dies beinhaltet die Einrichtung automatischer Lead Management Flows sowie die Akquisition von Leads von externen Anbietern und die Koordination des Lead Nurturing. Der Growth & Lead Management Expert – DACH Region (m/w/d) ist in einer Schlüsselposition zur Unterstützung der dynamischen Vertriebsmannschaft und trägt zum nachhaltigen Gesamtwachstum des Unternehmens bei.
Tasks
  • Lead Management & Strategie: Du erstellst und pflegst das Lead-Estimation-Planning  (2024-2026) und entwickelst Roadmaps sowie Aktionspläne zur Lead-Generierung. Regelmäßig analysierst und passt Du diese Pläne basierend auf Markttrends und Verkaufsleistung an.
  • KPI-Entwicklung & Überwachung: In Zusammenarbeit mit crossfunktionalen Teams legst Du KPIs fest und entwickelst Strategien, um das regionale Wachstum sicherzustellen und die gesetzten Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Stakeholder-Kommunikation: Du bist der Hauptansprechpartner für Stakeholder in der DACH-Region. Du sammelst vertriebsbezogene Anforderungen, erstellst wöchentliche und monatliche Analysen der Lead-Performance und optimierst Lead-Management-Strategien, um die Unternehmensziele zu erfüllen.
  • Datenanalyse & Reporting: Du sammelst und analysierst Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen und Ländern, erstellst umfassende Berichte und präsentierst diese auf monatlicher, vierteljährlicher und jährlicher Basis. Auf Basis Deiner Analysen gibst du Empfehlungen zur Effizienzsteigerung.
  • Kampagnenmanagement: Du verwaltest und optimierst Paid-Leads-Kampagnen effizient. Dabei passt Du die Lead-Qualifizierungskriterien an und arbeitest eng mit Akquisitionsteams zusammen, um die Lead-Verteilungsprozesse zu verbessern.
  • Externe Daten: Du suchst nach externen Datenanbietern zur Lieferung von MQLs, stellst das relevante Lead-Volumen pro Land sicher und optimierst die Leistung der externen Lead-Quellen.

Profile
  • Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Marketing, Werbung, Datenanalyse, Technik oder einem verwandten Bereich 
  • mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit für das Stakeholder Management
  • Vertrautheit mit Tools zur Prozessautomatisierung und CRM-Plattformen wie HubSpot und SugarCRM ist von Vorteil. Erfahrungen in der Rationalisierung von Arbeitsabläufen und der Nutzung von CRM-Systemen helfen, die operative Arbeit effizient zu optimieren.
  • Erfahrung im Datenmanagement, vorzugsweise ein Verständnis für Vertrieb und Marketing in einem B2B-Kontext. Das Verständnis für die Feinheiten von Verkaufstrichtern und Lead-Generierungsprozessen wird es Dir ermöglichen, einen effektiven Beitrag zu unserem Team zu leisten.
  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch (schriftlich und mündlich)
