Intro
As a Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in recruiting new Sales Managers for the international market. This makes you an essential part of ensuring the desired growth. You will be working in a 12-member HR team and have a passion for hiring numerous Sales professionals.
Tasks
  • You take on the complete recruitment of employees for international Sales teams
  • You are responsible for the entire recruiting process from A to Z, including screening documents, conducting interviews, and contract negotiation
  • You assist in the conception, selection, and implementation of Employer Branding measures
  • You work with the team to evaluate recruiting channels and select new channels, specifically for the Sales sector
  • You support in creating analyses for our (Personnel) Controlling

Profile
  • You have a commercial education or a completed degree
  • You have initial experience in recruiting, ideally in Sales recruitment
  • Familiarity with the success factors in recruiting, with some experience in areas such as Active Sourcing
  • A team player who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility
  • Strong communication skills, persuasive, and a winning attitude combined with a high service orientation
  • Proficient in French and very good English language skills
